The After… October 1, 2009

Okay, so I am finally finished!!  It took me all of three days, but now there is not one drawer or closet that is unorganized!  I feel great- I know where EVERYTHING is.  :)

So… you saw the before of the laundry room/pantry.

First, I emptied out everything besides the washer/dryer and put it into the family room:

I am so excited to finally get this done!  I have wanted to do this since before Lulu was born, but never had the spare energy or time.  And now everything is labeled and has it’s own place.  It really is a stress reliever to have your home organized!

My Before… (Don’t Judge :) ) September 28, 2009

My sweet Mom-in-law has the kiddos today, so I am taking the opportunity to organize the laundry /stockpile/pantry/just throw it in there room.   Do you have one of those???

Before I found out I was preggo with LuLu, I had adopted the ways of Flylady and had almost everything in my house completely organized and clean!  I am just now getting to the point where I can address some chaos that has occured over the last year and a half.  I have yucky pregnancies, complete with all day sickness, so everything goes by the wayside during that time.  And when you have a toddler and a new baby, you can just about forget trying to do ANYTHING around the house!

So, I have decided to post these completely embarrassing pictures for two reasons: 1) so I HAVE to get it done to be able to post the after pics! , and 2)  it encourages me when I see someone else’s nicely organized space, so maybe I can encourage you too!
