In our home, we often have the music on all day long.  Most of the time it is this CD (I highly recommend it- Lovebug has it almost memorized!), but today it happened to be the radio.

Just to give a little backround:  After realizing our son’s LOVE for music, and his fascination with watching the “guys” leading worship at church, we decided to get him a guitar for his birthday.

He has been CRAZY about it ever since.  Aside from the one time we had to take it away after he hit his sister with it (eek!), he has played it every single day.  I have tried many times to record him doing this, but he becomes more interested in the camera than the guitar.

So back to today…

This morning I was eating my oatmeal with Lulu at my feet, while Lovebug was playing in the living room.  I noticed that I didn’t hear any noises besides the radio, so I turn around and this is what I see:

Sometimes you just catch that perfect moment, and it makes it all the hard times that go along with being a mother so very worth it.  🙂

We LOVE this CD – thank you for sharing it with me!! My heart melted last week when Olivia settled in to “read” a book to Benjamin (it was a My Little Pony Book by the way) and she says, clear as day, “One day little children just like you went to Jesus for His blessing…” I froze for a moment and laughed and cried at the same time.

So sweet. What goes in really does come out.
